    Jason Chaet

    Jason Chaet is an award winning filmmaker, theatre director, producer, editor and acting teacher based in New York City. He got his start at New York’s famed Ensemble Studio Theatre where he worked with off-broadway icon Curt Dempster, and developed new work by playwrights including David Mamet and Arthur Miller. He has a vast array of theater directing credits across the country, and worked developed new writers for HBO with the Off The Page series. His multiple award winning feature film Putzel (starring Jack Carpenter, Melanie Lynskey, Susie Essman, and John Pankow) appeared in over fifty film festivals around the world, and was distributed internationally by Filmbuff.
