    Adrienne Smook

    Adrienne Smook is a theatre educator, director, voice coach, and actor based in Lekwungen Territory, Victoria BC. She is the Senior School Theatre Teacher and Service Coordinator in the International Baccalaureate Programme at Glenlyon Norfolk School. Some of her favourite directing credits at GNS include The Sound of Music, The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui, and Spamalot. As a professional actor, Adrienne has had leading roles with companies such as Theatre Calgary, Vertigo Theatre, Alberta Theatre Projects, and the Greater Victoria Shakespeare Festival. Adrienne provides voice and accent coaching to individuals across the country, and to local theatres such as the Belfry Theatre. Adrienne holds a BFA in Acting from the University of Alberta, and an MA in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, UK.
