    David Diamond

    David was a founding member and Artistic Director of Vancouver’s Theatre for Living (Headlines Theatre) from 1981 to 2018, when he devolved the theatre company and started to work independently. His work has evolved from a combination of a life in the theatre, a commitment to human and environmental rights, Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed and a life-long interest in physics. He has directed many hundreds of projects and trainings around the world on a wide variety of issues. He is visiting Faculty at the UNESCO Peace Studies Program in Austria, and was, for 5 years, Visiting Theatre Director at the Faculty of Medicine, U of Alberta.
